My Thoughts Exactly Stamp Release!!!! Plus Giveaway!!!!

Hi everyone! Today is Monday after the big Thanksgiving holiday and sometimes I know it is a bit depressing to get back to work and the real world after a nice long weekend, but today I have something that will cheer you up.
Today is the My Thoughts Exactly Christmas Stamp Release!
I have been dying to show you these stamps! My Thoughts Exactly did something a little different with this release. The first set is the Holly Jolly Tags. But not just ordinary tags, they are SVG compatible tags! That's right! You can cut out the shapes on your cutting machine and stamp your heart out! The SVG's will be available soon. How incredibly cool is that? Plus as you will see below you can cut the shape out to fit the stamp and then make a shadow to create layers!
The second set is the Holly Jolly Phrases
I actually don't have this set yet, but I can tell you I am dying to get my hands on this set! I will be using this set A LOT if not on all of my projects! It's unbelievable!
The sets are selling for $15 each, but you can take advantage of the bundle pack which will include the

Ok now onto my project for some inspiration!
Today I wanted to make a little tag making kit. It could be a little gift for someone special or it could be a little project to work on with your kiddos!

I used my favorite white embossing technique with all of the tags! They stamped and embossed beautifully!
I also made a shadow layer to be adhered to the back of each stamped tag.

I wanted the sentiments to be separate, as part of the kit, so they could be added anywhere on the tags. I made little teensy SVG's for the sentiments, bow and snowflakes. I will send them to you if you purchase the set. Just email Alyssa and I will send them over. I was actually giddy when I stamped the tiny sentiments on these teensy cuts! I just love love love miniature things! I couldn't believe how darling they turned out!

Alyssa has offered to donate a $5 gift certificate to the My Thoughts Exactly store to each Design Team member!
I will choose one lucky random person from the comments on this post.
However you have to do one thing in the comments.... I want you to tell me about your favorite Christmas or Holiday tradition!
My favorite Christmas tradition is Christmas Eve with my family! Plus it's my moms birthday! I don't know why this is my favorite tradition, except my entire life Christmas Eve has been probably the most enjoyable day of the entire year! Everyone is having fun, relaxing and just enjoying each other! In the last few years Christmas Eve has become even more special because my divorced parents and both sides of the family still get together and spend the evening together! We get to celebrate my moms birthday and Christmas at the same time! It's just a fun night. Isn't that cool? I feel so blessed that my parents get along still and make the holidays easy for me! I love both of them so much!

I will draw the lucky winner on Friday,  December 2.
Also some more big news over at My Thoughts Exactly is they are now shipping Worldwide!
Don't forget to check out the entire teams inspiration right here!

Thank you so much for stopping by today and taking the time to comment!
If I can inspire just one person today I have done my job!

  2. What an amazing idea! My mother in law would love something like this.

My favorite holiday tradition is getting up early on Christmas with my husband and two boys, making hot chocolate and reading about the birth of Christ in Luke 2 then opening presents.

  3. Hi Lenae, what an amazing idea, making a tag kit with the stamp set.

When I was a kid, we always hung up some chocolate on the tree and after the 24th we were allowed to eat them. 2 weeks ago my mom sent me some of those German chocolate ornaments...so this year I'm adding an "old" tradition to our Christmas.

  7. My favorite Christmas tradition is having lunch on Christmas day at my grandma's house! Ever since I was a little girl the whole family has met at her house to eat lunch and exchange gifts. My grandma decorates every single available space and there is nowhere that feels more Christmassy than there! :)
